Today I am remembering when I was in USA. Now this was ages ago and please don't laugh at me!! I put on nearly 10 kilos in the 7-8 weeks I was there!! I know - crazy - but oh their yummy food! I still dream of Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream - even 15 years later. :) And check out how long and curly my hair was!

While I was there we went to Manhattan. And we walked the streets. I have never been so overwhelmed, scared and excited all at the same time. We went to FAO Schwarz and spent hours there! Loved it!
Ok Now this almost makes me sik when I look at this photo! I think it was at a place called TGI Fridays and this dessert was called a Tall Cake. Now when I ordered it the lovely lady said it was designed for two people. I told her that I would be fine by myself! Cake, cream, mousse.....
I think you can see I put a kilo on in my face over the hour it took me to eat it ALL!!!

I love this photo. I love how it has scanned....all dreamy like.What an amazing time I had. Will I ever get back there?? I hope so........

I live in Texas USA and I love chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream too. I had one mix a few months that had the dough and oreos!! And what is so ironic is that my husband and are going to have TGI Fridays tonight!
