Today we had Amalie's immunisations! I know - we were late with them - only by 7 months!!! Can I tell you - it was not fun!! Oliver took the photos as a distraction but I dont think it really mattered. She did do really well. One in her arm and one in her leg. The arm one really hurt and it felt terrible to feel her stiffen up when the needle went in. she was very brave and we then went to the bakery for cakes and Ice slushy!!
Hope your Tuesday was a bit brighter than ours!
come on over and see what my friends all over the world are doing.....

Poor thing! I never liked watching my children get their shots, especially when they were babies. =(
Glad your little one did well. I'm sure the cake and slushy helped. =)
Aww, poor thing! At least she got treats afterward.
Z's not due for her boosters until she's in Year 1, but by then she'll get to do them together with her other classmates --en masse, which makes things a bit easier. =)
Awwww! Poor bubby. Really captures the moment in the second image.
Lucky she got treats afterwards :)

Awww - but now it´s done at least, a relief for you both I can imagine! :-)
Funny how kids can be so adorable when they cry and scream - that sure wouldn´t work for me..! :-D
Yes, but I'm so glad you got her immunized. So many people have decided to STOP getting their children immunized and some real "killer" childhood diseases are back on the rise because of it.
A little hurt and pain now for health and safety later.
What a cutie she is - - - - an you're not so bad yourself!
Oh no! Poor little dear! I hope she is feeling much, much better now.
Aw - what a sweetie.
Shots are such a bummer, but cake and icees are a good way to help a girlie forget! ;)
Thank you - you do realize that a comment like that will make me love you forever, right..?! :-D
Those always suck. Makes me cry when mine get then :-(!
Oh poor peanut! I'd cry too. Those pictures are priceless! ;-
